Depot operation comprising of cargo receipt, stock transfer, stock focalization and reconciliation, truck inspection, loading, ullaging and dispatch, sales documentation, authorization, accounting and reconciliation, safety checks and general depot administration are to be guided by standard procedure publication that will be internalized for every depot staff to be very conversant with and the overall responsibility given to a depot Manager who is supposed to be well experienced and suitable for the job. The depot Manager shall be expatriate or Nigerian who will be a self starter with strong personal qualities. Overall depot and jetty operation shall be coordinated by a General Manager also expatriate or Nigerian with appropriate managerial qualities.
